Kingsley Law was founded by attorney Paul P. Kingsley following several years of serving large and small businesses alike at corporate law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago, where he launched his career after earning his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He was also a Principal and Co-Founder of The Primestone Group in Phoenix, Arizona, focusing on real estate investment and development in the Southwest U.S. and Mexico.
Mr. Kingsley’s expertise in commercial real estate, joint ventures, business transactions, private equity, company formation, and corporate matters forms the basis of his understanding of the intricate and complex nature of large corporate transactions, while allowing him to offer smaller companies and individuals insights to help them grow into larger entities.
Education and Memberships
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Kingsley earned his J.D. at Harvard Law School before being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2001 and the Arizona Bar in 2008. Long interested in urban planning, land use, and real estate development, Mr. Kingsley is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
